Wells Fargo?

Question

Does anyone have any thoughts, feelings or comments about Wells Fargo?

Just about their services, customer service, branches...anything. When you think of Wells Fargo, what do you think of?

I worked there for 8 1/2 years and no longer do, I'd like a neutral opinion on the company.

Wells Fargo have many ATMs which is good, but they seem to charge for every service you can think of. Customer Service is okay and their mortgage area is fairly good.

The people that my sister has had to deal with through Wells Fargo with her college loans are rude with IQ's of about 25. I wouldn't do business with them now if they were paying ME, cuz I'm sure they'd still find a way to screw something up.

Im very surprised you are asking this question cuz I have had EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE with WF. I used to work for them too and they are Horrible. Everyone who works for them seems to be big headed and grimy, like, full of gossip and they will stab you in the back for a promotion. Its horrible, after I stopped working for them I closed both my checking and savings accounts with them but I kept my credit card. Which turned out to be mistake. They are rude at the credit company they are RUDE!!! I work for a call center now and I take payments, I have so many customers call and say they don't like WF or they had bad experiences with them. I had one customer say that they had done business with WF for 13 years and they had a problem with increasing his credit line, so he closed his credit card account.
