Just because the two of you made out with each other does not mean you two are bi... however, cheating on her boyfriend... that depends on what she thinks is cheating. If it's not an honest attraction, and just a 1-time thing... then is it cheating? A good site for you to look into for the question about if you're bi would be:

Not trying to be to blatant but if your boyfriend were to make out with another guy, what would your reaction be? Hope that answers your question about cheating and some of the emotions involved.
As far as being bi... That is a little more difficult to answer, lets just call it experimenting with the same sex and having a boyfriend at the same time.

if you appreciate both sexes, yeah, i guess you can call yourselves bisexuals. but if you made out with this girl under the influence of alcohol, i'm thinking it's more of a mistake than anything else. but you said you guys enjoyed it so i guess you know what you're doing.
she's feeling guilty about what you guys did, considering she has a boyfriend. you can't really force her to do something she doesn't right? but if she does want to do this, and she just can't because of her boyfriend, she's probably into this sort of thing too.

If she has a boyfriend & she's kissing other( be it girl or guy) she is cheating( kiss cheating)
Maybe it makes u bi or bi curious. He may not get as upset as hse did or as much as hse may think he would.

i dont think it would make you bi if you just tried it once, you were just bi-curious, and yes it is cheating, but i bet if she tells her bf i dont think he'll have a problem with it
