I drank one today expecting to stay awake but I fell asleep about an hour or so after drinking it... Is something strange about that?

its different for different people its how your body reacts to the caffine and yours doesnt react in the way that most peoples do dont worry its not bad its just how your body works

Energy drinks are only a temporary fix. It's normal to crash after drinking one.

same thing happens to me. coffee, too. and i don't normally drink soda or caffeinated drinks... and gatorade makes me have stomache pains for hours after i drink it. i also react strongly to drowsy medicine. i have to take children's medicine most of the time. i don't know why this is. I think everyone's body just reacts differently.... secretly i think my body jumps on any chance to zonk out for several hours. i love my sleep.

I have only found one energy drink that worked for me and now they quit making it-Vanilla Coke. If I needed a kick it slammed me! I miss my Vanilla Coke!

if you are tired sleep. energy drinks and coffee create fatigue. you needed sleep

those energy drinks do nothing for me, iced coffee get's me going.

1. you already have acclimated to that much stimulant in your body
2. you are borderline diabetic
