I agree with iamigloo because if that person was born on the 31st of December and he said that on the first of January which means that he was 25 on the 30th of December and he turned 26 on the 31st of December....so he will turn 27 on the year that he said two days ago he was 25 and he said that next year he will be 28 so I think it is the 31st of December.......Gud Luck.....have a nice day.....Pro swimmer
