I believe so. It's a question of relationship between bro and sis and if they love and/or trust each one.

In the Mosaic Law it was forbidden. There probably wouldn't have needed a law if it would never happen. Some older sibling sexually abuse their young siblings. It is forbidden because of the psychological damage it can do.

i don't know if it happens much, but i live in West Virginia and i don't know of it happening at all to anyone that i know. datchic412 is a probably a result of incest breeding - i could tell from her incredibly ignorant statement that she made!!!!

Okay, unless someone has lived in a state they are insinuating breed incestual activity, please keep the barbs to yourself.
I am from Kentucky and I can tell you we are not all uneducated and chasing after our siblings :-)
I imagine it happens time to time but, other than that, no.
It is not normal. I find the idea to be repulsive!

It has happened b/c people wouldn't be talking about it. But I do not know why people are mentioning certain states. It can happen anywhere. that is just wrong

Quit with the Southern jokes... I met more "keep it in the family" types in place like Michigan and Chicago....

Whether or not it happens often is not an excuse to do it!
