well, they are pretty similar physically but Chinese people are more open and noisy but very conservative once you get to know them.
Japanese people however, are very quiet and patient and very polite, but now days because of American influence, Japanese are becoming less conservative.
But they are both very nice kind of people to be with.
About koreans, I am not sure I have met some here in Japan, but I am not very close with them.

It is said that Chinese have small slanted eyes with the ends pointing upwards and Japanese have small slanted eyes straight across. Koreans are just plain hot blooded and will kill you for asking this question. ;)
