You want to break with your girl friend but she doesnt know about it. During that silent time between u two, she sends u a gift.
Do u take her gift, in case u have no way to send the gift back to her. i mean, u don't know her address.
If u agree to take the gift, does it mean that u want to keep friendship with her?

In the first place, whosoever brings the gift from her to you, you should decline receiving it there and then only. However, If you have no way to return the gift, you should keep it intact with you and return that to her in the first available opportunity.
Retaining one's gift in yours like situation won't mean that u want to keep friendship with her if you make your intentions very clear when you get the first available opportunity to tell her. Plus you should keep the gift intact and return back to her.

It is best to return the gift and thank her for the "thought" behind it. Express how you feel... (aka. "let's hang out and just be friends" or "I don't think we should keep on going out with each other.") it's the only way to be honest and do the right thing, otherwise, you'll give an impression that you don't want, and things WILL turn out badly.

You give the gift back and stop leading her on. Be a man and let her go. Do not lead her on with a friendship.

Do not agree to accept any gifts until you determine where your relationship stands. Tell her to hold onto it until you guys come to an agreement on your status, if u stay together, you'll get it then, if not, she keeps it...... or gives it to some other dude.

if u want to break up then make it clean. dont linger. Talk to her in no uncertain terms and dont accept any gifts that will just send confusing signals.
