The easiest way is with a photo editing software (for this example, we'll use photoshop cs2)
Open the image in Photoshop
Open the other image in Photoshop
Left click the image layer in the 1st image and drag it over top of the 2nd image.
Erase the edges using a soft focus brush to help create a semi-natural blend between the two images.
There you go. You can repeat this with an infinite number of photographs.
yes, the directions are crude, but they'll do the trick.

it's not a collage, that is too simple of a term and definition for what she is asking. Making a picture from other pictures, not making a "collage" of pictures. Kinda like the magic eye books. They are really cool, but seem difficult.
