Secondly, "Born again" is a fundamentalist term which means either you are baptized when you reach the age of 13 or 14 and accept Jesus Christ as your personal lord and savior. What the Bible says is that you must be born of "water and Spirit", therefore it must be baptism.

Well we are all born into sin and we are away from God from the start. That's why God gives us so many chances to repent and accept Jesus in our lives (either through being born into a Christian family where they can influence you to become a follower of Christ, or accepting Jesus through your own terms).
