Yes actually there are 2 brands, and they are cheap brands. I can't remember them off the top of my head, but I'd bet most people have had it and didn't realize it. Just read your bottle sometime.

It's not dark and cold enough. Also, the languages in South America are widely spoken. Think about it - how many people speak Russian outside of Russia? How many people speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish? Those languages are some of the hardest to learn and speak for non-native speakers. The only language that can be spoken among all is the language of vodka and spirits. Everyone knows the words - vodka, absolut, and svenska. How many people think of Spanish and Portugese when they are speaking of Vodka? Give it up. South America is going to have to stick with vino (wine). Vino derives from Latin - vodka doesn't. Let the cold and dark countries hold onto something from their culture.

i dont think they can.the only vodka i ever drank was made in russia and poland. polish vodka is brown and i think it was made with someones dirty socks.
