But what happens when the child rejects this all?

Please ignore all the earth bound answers. Gods ways are higher than our ways. We may do the act of love-making but God is the one who brings a new soul into being. Trust God either way. We have been blessed with 3 almost 4 kids now and all we've done is pray. We found a great support network sensitive to our beliefs, I'll link it below. Bless you and good luck.

God said "Be fruitful, multiply, etc.." In order for a tree to become fruitful - bearing fruit - it first must become mature. Then it bears fruit which allows it to multiply, etc... Of course it is God's will that you have a child, and of course it will glorify Him, otherwise He wouldn't have directed us to do so.

However...

If we are immature in our love,
immature in our relationship with our spouse,
if we practice a life of living for our own sake and not in caring about others,

then we won't be able to properly prepare a foundation or environment to welcome that child into our lives, we would cause the child grief.

If you and your spouse live for the sake of God and each other, giving and receiving love, practicing service toward others, then surely God will bless you with a child, whether biologically yours, or whether you choose to offer a home to a child that was not so fortunate as to be born into a home that cherished it. (in many cases, when a couple opens their hearts and home to an unloved child, they end up getting pregnant naturally afterwards).

However things turn out, keep each other's relationship with your loving Parent strong and healthy, and your relationship with each other strong and healthy, then whatever happens, you have the two greatest support systems in place, from Above, and from right beside you.
Good luck and God Bless!

If you want to have a child then adopt one. There are tons of God's children without loving homes in foster homes right now. That child is asking God for a family and your asking for a child, so it's a match. Adopt a child.

God gave you free will and hopefully some common sense, too. If you choose to follow His teachings (i.e., be married first), and it is in His will, it will happen. Having a child does not of itself glorify God. It glorifies Him if you raise His child the way the Bible teaches.

Just pray to him and tell him if he wants you to have a child to please bless you with one, it may happen, it may not, it's all in the Lords hands, but you must ask, it will glorify him you asking for his blessing for a child...ask and I'm sure you shall receive, but be patient, the time may not be right, if your meant to have one he'll give you one when he feels it's the right time...God bless

Having a child has nothing to do with God unless the man you're in bed with is somehow named God. Maybe you should see a doctor...you might have a serious medical problem.
Get a clue, would you?

God does not give you children. A child is made only by sexual relations. If you are having problems conceiving, talk to your doctor.

Try asking a man for a child.

First: you give thanks to God.

Second: You ask in His name, in this way. I ask in Jesus name that I be blessed to giving birth to a child.

Third: You must beleive by faith that God will grant your wish, dream it at nite when you sleep.

Fourth: Have the faith that his will be done.

Fifth: Wait for the blessing to come, know this will come true for you.

God said to be fruitful and multiply. That is a singular directive all by itself.

One thing at a time.
