You can't. White is not an ink color, so if you make something white and print it on colored paper, it will print nothing.
Usualy when you print something white, it's actually not printing anything. If you have white text over black backgroun, the printer will print the black background with "holes" in the shape of the letters, and that's how white is "printed".
The way to have white over a colored background is by printing on white paper, and printing the whole colored background. You can also go to a professinal printer and have them print in white foil over colored paper, but I don't think you want to get into that kind of expense.

Unless your printer is equipped with white ink, you can't. You can change the font color to white, but usually white is printed as the absence of color. I don't know the size of your text, but you could try changing it to an outline form and have the outline be a similar color to what you are printing on. That might get you close to the results you are looking for.

You can't. Printers don't have white ink. White is the absense of ink, or whatever color you're using. Print whatever you want on white paper, then mount it on colored paper. If you're making multiple copies, I would recommend just dealing with the colored paper/lack of white.

Is that possible? You might have to print the color onto a white paper.

I don't know where the other people are getting their answers from, but inks are subtractive, that is they mask a color. There is no white ink in an ink jet printer, and there is no way to combine colors to get it.
To the best of my knowledge, using an ink jet anyway, there is no way to get white on a piece of colored paper.

i don't think most printers will print in white. never seen white ink myself - try making the white font a light gray. maybe the printer will recognize that.

Most printers will not print white. You would have to use white foil or paint after it came out.
