i've been with him for 2 yrs and out of the blue his friend tells me he's loved me for a long time now...i haven't been overly thrilled with my boyfriend lately and now this happens...is it a sign?

It's a sign of your boredom, but not a sign for you to ship out... A guy gives you attention and you think you're attracted to him? hey, just because you're having a rough patch in your relationship, doesn't mean it's going downhill. Think twice. And if you have some love and respect for your boyfriend, don't hurt him that fast... afterall, he's gonna be hurt by two people he cares about, his girl and his friend... Ouch.

Get ready to have an ex boyfriend and to be the reason why two guys who were friends for yrs are about to become ex friends.
The only one who's better off is u soon to be ex boyfriend, because he not only have a backstabbing friend but he has a girlfriend who didn't care about how it would make him feel.
So what are u gonna do when u cause all this and the relationship with the friend breaks up? because u know it;s not gonna last.
Also u said it was out of blue that he told u he loved u and that u and ur boyfriend have been together two yrs. U think theres an outside chance the friend may be testing the waters? And at you, ur all too ready to let him jump in and take a swim. U may be being put through a test

Most boys are all the same and it seems like you might be like them to just think about it you really wanted to go out with your boyfriend now that you have him ur bored and want something new ok then on the other hand your friend already has a girlfriend so now he's bored and ur the new something but how long will that last will he get what he really wants (SEX) and then ur left out in the cold and also put yourself in the other girls shoes how would you feel to know somebody around u is sleeping with ur man we all have those feeling or connections with other males but i guess that's what separates the women from girls ~PEACE~

those things never work out, unless you truly feel that you and your current bf's friend will be committed to each other. after two years, and you're still doubting your feelings for your bf--especially because you havent been "overly thrilled" with your bf lately, it really means that you're not ready for a committed relationship. trust me, when you're ready, you'll know it. if you really think your bf's friend is worth all the pain, anger and hurt you will put your bf through, then by all means go for it. however, if you have any feelings for your bf, i'd steer clear of the friend. maybe in the future (after you've broken up with your bf) you and that friend will be united together, but as for now, have some compassion for your bf and stay away from his friend. Two years is a long time to spend with someone it's obvious you love your boyfriend grant it lately he's been an a hole but throwing away a good relationship for his friend is taking a big risk on your happiness. The only sign I see is warning signs!

If after 2 years with your boyfriend you are now doubting your loyalty to him, you need to leave him and do some growing up before you enter into a relationship. If you have a wondering eye right now, you don't have what it takes to be in a comitted relationship.

first off, how old are you. It matters. If you're young, you don't need to be tied down to one guy. But the thing is, it would probably be a crappy thing to go after your bf's friend, no matter how much he likes you. Friend's are supposed to come before love.
