my concentration over here is:is the gender behaviour in our society correct, tilted heavely in males' favior or is the gap idea an exxagarated one?i am male myself but being a human too u think about things like is it ok 4 the females to always worship a God who is male(i expect not to offend noone here, cause this is with all the sincerity and respect),to be citizens of nations which primarily have males as heads of states, male sports icons, hollywood controlled largely by male superstars(i mean james bond is a male, right!) and more.females' control is showed most at places requiring the female body as a product(respecting u all the way).so what do we interpret:the social aspect of jobs r defined by males and females r supposed to get involved more in sexualness of products.
now i know that we as individuals donot at all times crave 4 the sexualness;we r creative intellects and expect more from us as creative beings.so the question now is:is being a female a hindrance or a boon?

You know, I think that its in the attitude. Its partically physical. I, as a female, am signifigantly smaller than most of my guy friends. I am better able to communicate, and manage small moter tasks. They are better at lifting large things. But, its also the sexual tension between the different sexes.

This may suprise you, but I think that as a woman, I am in a better position than most of my male friends. I can totally manipulate them, with just a request. "Will you walk me to my car?" Carries an implied message, "Come and walk with me, so I don't get raped" but also "Come and walk with me, since we're going the same way and I want to keep talking". I can also get away with hitting my guy friends without much consequence, and my chances of continuing higher education are much better.
So... the inequity between men and women? I think it comes down to education and intimidation. As a 5'4, less than 130 pound woman, I am much more intimidating than my 6'5 200 pound guy friend. It's all attitude.

Expand on this please. Your answer needs to be more clear if you want a proper answer. Clearly gender is both physical and sexual, but equality is neither... I mean, if it were physical there wouldn't be anything anyone could do about it, so why complain and if it were sexual, well maybe it is, but women have the upper hand there so why would we complain??
