Well, you can continue to be your beautiful self and make yourself available to his attention. If he doesn't catch on, and it sounds like he hasn't caught on fast enough for you, then just walk up to him, get right in his face, grab him by the shirt-collar, and tell him your wants and wishes, and you can ask him out. Maybe the guy's just shy. And sometimes us guys find a girl so beautiful that we can't feel big enough about ourselves to ask her out because we're afraid she'll say no, and we don't want to hear that from our "idol". And then, while you have him by the shirt-collar, you could plant a beautiful loving kiss on his lips. That'll knock him on his butt, or into next week, and then you may have trouble ever bringing him back down to earth. God Bless you and good luck.

I can still remember an old beau who told me, "what makes girls think it's so easy to be the one to speak up? men are just as nervous as they claim to be"....... it's true.

Open the "door" and see if he walks in.

Figure out a favor to ask of him, see how he responds. This is actually a well used tactic to develop a relationship - any type.

If he does the favor, you have an opportunity to say "thank you" in any fashion you see fit. Simply be realistic about what you are asking for.

Having him say, "Sorry, can't do that" (i.e., take a look at a noise in your car, fix a leaky pipe, help you paint a room) is alot easier to digest than "No, I don't care to go out w/you"..... Good Luck!

Ask him out. Just get it out of your system and ask him out. The worst he can say is no and if he does so what is he the only guy around?

Also if u ask him if may help u get over being so nervous

Ask him. Men aren't mind readers. You've gotta ask. Even if it scares the crap out of ya'. Hopefully, it'll be worth it. I'd be doing cartwheels if some woman walked up to me, and asked me out.

The good news is that after you ask, he's be just as scared and nervous about you, as you were (and are) about him, even though he will try not to show it (it's a male thing). So please, be kind if he starts babbling like an idiot. ;-)

In these times, its perfectly fine for a lady to ask the guy out too.
Try asking him if he would like to join you for a cup of tea. If you feel awkward, you can include your other friends in the tea session and then arrange for a follow-up meeting with him.

Walk up while sucking on a lollypop, cherry flavor, hold it out to him, ask him if he would like to try it, tell him it's almost as good as kissing you. Wink at him and remain silent until he responds, don't laugh, just smile.

You can always write him a note and leave it on his desk ,locker ,or do a telegram.... Just think of how you would like to be told in a creative way & go from there, but don't wait too long or he will slip away.............

Be confident and just go for it yourself. It dosen't have to be formal, just going for something small like coffee or even a group gathering would work if that might make it more comfortable.
