a lot of men suffer from erectile dysfunction which can be caused by a lot of things such as a medication used to treat high blood pressure and diabetes. Try research on a website called webmd. Rule out any medical conditions before you take the situation personally. And then too, even after you rule out medical conditions, you might also look at his current lifestyle such as was mentioned. Drugs and/or stress could also contribute to his problem----Good luck

Yes it is not normal. At age 40 somethings begin to stop working. He might have Erectile Dysfunction which can happen to a male from age 35 to 45. A boost (ex Cialis) may be needed. For which he should see a doctor for the right perscription for him.
Remember this however. Just because he doesn't rise to the occasion when your with him doesn't mean that he doesn't like you. Many women think that way. It is the furthest from the truth you can get.
If you like to do this. For men who have ED, oral stimulation is about the best.

This has happened a couple at times with my boyfriend. I just didn't make a big deal out it. The next time he was fine. Sometimes he may tired, have things on his mind. It doesn't necessarily mean he is not attracted to you. Just give it some time and don't pressure him. The sex life will come back.

Lots of things can cause this. Does he drink, do drugs or is he overwieght? All these things can cause your problem. He could also be too tired from other activities to get it up. Most normal men do not go limp when with a girl unless there is a problem.

Working too much can cause a lot of stress, and there are also medical problems that can cause it. The first thing to do is have him get a complete physical, then go from there. I could easily be something else, but it's best not to take chances.

ok, talk to the doc on this one. with males, they sloooooooow down about them. working at night? not getting enough sleep? this could easily affect performance. if he is willing, try a looooooooot of talking, try new things in the bedroom, maybe surprise b*js or quickies? spontaniety is great sometimes. try to spice it up a bit, if this doesnt work he can talk to the doc about viagra or cialis or something HE can do. also, has he recently had a prostate exam? believe it or not, it plays an important part in sex. he could also be suffering from fatigue, stress, anxiety........you name it, just about anything can effect performance.

only one way to find out "ASK HIM" and talk about it, thats what you do in a relationship!!! Only HE can answer that question and it may even be a medical issue and he may be to shy to tell you that he needs help and talk to a doctor. Then again it may not even accured to him that there is a problem, maybe its a problem for you and thats why you need to confront him and do soemthing together about it. If you dont want to ask then try to do soemthing new in bed something he wouldnt expect for you to do and see what happens, still going limp ? then ask him right away.

Yeah, could be lots of things. Is he depressed, having trouble at work, money problems? Or he could simply be board with the relationship. We are creatures of habit...try doing something different somewhere else. Gotta keep the relationship jumping like it's brand new, I know it's not easy to do.

It aint you babe!
This is often normal, lots of factors, who knows what they might be. But it happens, sometimes frequently sometimes not at all. Keep in mind that it is not you. If you were the only women on the planet, do you think we would all loose our ability to perform? Thats assuming you are not Roseanne Barr.

at forty ..even thirty this could start happening to men. he should get a check up.. to rule out diabetes.. or other medical problem. check yourself.. for what you are saying and doing. sometimes too much pressure.. can do it. if he lost interest there should be other signs... be understanding... but dont personalize this.. until all the facts are in atleast.
