toast your bread, spread with mayo and a strong mustard, add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, swiss cheese and sprinkle with pepper.

If it's a cold turkey sandwich put some lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise on it. Or if you have cranberry jelly put that on it.

If it's a hot turkey sandwich, put some gravy on it and have a salad with it.

I personally like tomato and mayo. Another good choice is pickles with mayo.
