Legally, you are responsible to pay for the car. For example, if he threw you out of an apartment or house without notice, you may be entitled to sue for the expenses of the move and perhaps more, if he gave you no notice.
Even if this is the case, it is not legal for you to not pay for the car, citing that he threw you out. They are two separate issues.
Your only legal alternative is to pay for the car and file a small claims court action stating that he evicted you with no notice.
Good luck.

You need to still pay for the car and take him to court. Don't stop paying on the car or he can come get it. Then you are without a car. Check with an attorney.

Depends on why he tossed you out. If you have the title, that means the car was not used as collateral to secure the loan, so in effect it's a moral issue. You're not legally obligated to pay anything to him. If he tossed you out without cause, I'd say Si-etch=ah-dooey (sorry bout that in Thai) If he did have a good reason to toss you out, then pay him or give him back the car.

Yes, pay for the car. You have a responsibilty to pay or get sued. How would you feel if you sold a car to him realized you guys weren't ment to be and broke it off and he didn't pay. Always put your foot in the other shoe.

if there is no information showing legally in writing that the car is yours, then you will need legal advice. It's more involved than just saying it's yours. How long have you dated him and what is owed on the car, so many unanswered questions. You need to put more details.

Yes, you pay for the car because it is the right thing to do. It is petty to use money to get even. Just pay what you owe and move on with your life.

You really dont have much of a choice if you entered into an agreement about it. If you were to go to small claims court you would lose. So just suck it up and pay it.

Although I sympathize you about being thrown out, I don't see how that relates to you paying for the car you bought. He sold it to you and you agreed to pay for it, right? So he sold it to you in good faith, and you are obligated to pay for it. If you can, my advice is to pay it off as fast as you can so that you can avoid the emotions associated with associating with him as much as possible.
