I KNOW I need a dealer, but instead of playing JUST the dealer, me and them one on one... I want a casino site where other people are seated at the table as well as myself.

No, there are no websites where people play the dealer. You basically can't play blackjack without a dealer. Try getting some friends together and play the old fashioned way, in person.
