You might be able to pay an attorney to get you a better deal. But no, if you are sentenced to jail (unless you appeal quickly), that's where you are going.

You cannot "buy" your sentence, however, there are a few ways that can reduce your jail time. Frequently in a plea bargain the amount of fine payments/restitution can influence the amount of time served.
While on probation, if you pay your fees off early you can often get off probation early, too. It is also possible, in order to keep making money you can be sentence to a work release program. Again, not exactly cash for days, but close.
Finally, in some jurisdictions, mostly city and justice courts, you may be sentenced to a "pay or stay". In other words, if you have the money and pay it you are released, if not your serve a certain number of days instead. Here in Maricopa County (Phoenix), Arizona most cities pay $50.00 a day towards your sentence. Example, you either stay 10 days or pay $500.00. In this case you are trading dollars for days.

No.
You cannot legally buy 'off' the sentence after conviction.
But you can spend the money on a good legal firm to lodge and APPEAL against the sentence.
In some countries, depending on the crime, you can 'buy off' the penalty by 'compounding' the crime but this has to be done before the conviction by the legal system.

No, you can perhpas stay out on bail while you go though appeal process but in the end if they hold you guilty and have to go into prison, you have to go.
next community service unless the judge requires specific is often a joke since they can work for any non profit type of place.
but often the judge is specific on the community service and it has to be done

Well, you can hire a good attorney to help you reduce the sentence. If you're sentenced to jail and if you behave, you might be let out on parole. If you don't want it in your records, you can apply for an expungement to have it removed.

no, otherwise the judge would have imposed a fine or made the judgement conditional, like such and such community service hours or such and such a payment

NO. If it is possible, many rich people won't have to go to jail.
