Sunday afternoon, my friends and I sat in a cafe having dinner, me and my girl friend noticed this really hot guy sitting next to us...we were like " oh , wow... he's so hot!!"
Then after dinner we wondered to a bar, and we saw him sitting there too with his friends, he seem to have noticed us as well. As I walked past him, he was sitting there but looked up at me, straight into my eyes for about 3 seconds, then I felt shy and looked down, he's so gorgeous! I think he likes me.....
My friends noticed his gaze as well, so they encouraged me to go to the ladies then back just to check if he'd look at me again. I did and this time he was talking to his friends, he paused talking and looked at me again, then back to his conversation......
Does he like me, what do you guys think? what would you do, girls? Does guys like girls taking the first step?

haha actually I did make a move, I wrote my number on a card, asked the waiter to give it to him, (maybe not the best approach) he called me yesterday,just after I post this question. funny isn't it.... He is interested and he asked me out.
Thanks to all, but I don't understand what Josie902 and Zephyrecent was talking about, what is it like in Ireland? and Zephyrecent confused the hell out of me except his/her last sentence.....
It's pink22@....seemed a bit pessimistic about me, do you know how cute I am ? :-p and I know how to behave in public..... or maybe she didn't read my question properly, we didn't keep looking at the guy and acting silly, it was 2 glances only. And I didn't look at him first, we looked at each other at the same time as it is unavoidable....but I see "Its pink 22"'s point, so be careful with your judgement, but the thing is if someone doesn't like you, he /she won't stare into your eyes for more than 3 seconds, I won't !

Angelkake's case I've encountered too, but I guess you can just tell from their attitute, they are kind of playa.....
babysmats4ever's answer is really good too, something I like to hear, but waiting along may not be a good option, how long do you think I have to wait?

The best answer is given to Rapture secrete2006, because her approach is more practical, similar to my way of thinking, still I think men like to chase women, rather than being chased. so I'd rather wait first, but surely we don't want to waste a good chance.

Do u think that may be the reason he was looking at you is because u were looking at him?
I mean u and your friends are the ones who kept looking at him. He really couldn't help to look with u walking past
And may JUST may be he felt a little uncomfortable when u kept walking past him to see if he's looking.
Just because a guy cute or not is looking doesn't mean it because he likes u may be it's because he's just looking.
Why didn't u just go up to him and ask if he likes u?
Why didn't u say hi
And sometimes guys don't mind the girl taking the 1st step as long as she's not acting silly with her Friends with walking past and staring at him the face while he's hanging with his friends.
Sometimes they think Ur silly and that can be a turn off, may be the next time u do this u may want to keep in mind that he may be looking at u and your friends telling his friends" Look at those silly fools, lets go somewhere else where there are girls who don't act so silly"

Invite her to Ireland and see how it goes, even though you've planned to do charity work in Nepal next year and your not ENTIRELY financially secure inspite of all the loveliness and brilliance in your life.

....we can tell that the two of you are attracted to each other!!!

Gawd, I know, there's this hottie who done that to me too. I think he just knows he's hot and loves making me stir inside. I don't think he really is interested.
