There are so many causes of stomach pain. Indigestion, food poisoning, a virus, disorder of the bowels, peptic ulcer, bowel obstruction, foreign object on the GI tract, menstrual cramps, liver problems, gall stones, so many more possibilities. It is hard to know without more information. She should go see a doctor.

if she cant move without it hurting realy bad then go to the hospital now! if its around the lower stomach go to the hospital NOW asap girl her apendix need taken out if her stomach get swelled up after a while then its about to explode omg it happend to me go to the hospital she will die most definitly

could be many many reasons. Stomach problems can lead to death. Have her see a doctor immediately.

pregnant, food poisoning, period, cramps, ate to fast, gas...it could be plenty things...take her to the doc
