The anti-christ could be a girl. In fact the anti-Christ has almost certainly been a girl in the past, is one in the present, and will be one in the future. Think about it. 'Anti-Christ' simply means someone who is against Christ. There are many men and women who are against Christ. History is full of anti-Christs. There is not just one.
