try spending more time with God and share all your fears with Him...and this is the hard part...let Him control those fears...it sounds weird but you might be holding on to something you are familiar with because it is comfortable no matter how strange it is...i had to learn to let go of my control over some fears i had and to trust Him with my fears and worries...it took some time, but every time i worried or was scared, i prayed a small prayer. "you are in control of this now, i let you handle it" "i don't want to think about these things it your problem now God" and so on...like i said spend more time with God and read the Bible, remind yourself of the verse that God is in control, God is your protector...

Has God ever done anything for you? Or have you had to do everything?
There are several differnet answers that you will get.
Christians will tell you that if you have faith in god and read the bible and pray then you will find a solution. Perhaps with enough self-brainwashing you might be able to free yourself from some of the pain.
Psychologits will say that your fear is based on observing combinded with a false belief about how people think of you. They will convince you that men really don't want what you think they want. People that don't hold back their desires may hurt you even if you eliminate fear.
Free yourself from fear. The link I have provided can set you on your start. If it isn't enough or you need more direction then just send me an e-mail/msg and I will try my best.
Study and observe to gain wisdom and knowledge.

God can help you with this. Give it to him. He knows your fears, your anger, your feelings of being helpless. I don't know if you are a christian or not, but he wants to help you. John 3:16. He loves you so much. Tell him exactly what you are feeling, anger, etc... he already knows, but wants you to talk to him about it. Ask him to take away the fear, etc.. and to replace it was his peace that passes understanding, his joy, his love. He will do this. It might be instanteous, or gradual. Most importantly he wants to have a relationship with you. When you ask him into your heart and ask him to be Lord of your life, you will notice a difference. May God bless you and I will be praying for you. "greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world"

That's a really deep question and I'm sorry for the hurt and pain you deal with. I don't have a good answer myself, all I can tell you is one thing the Bible says:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things." ~Phil. 4:6-8
God can give us peace. I will pray for you.

You sound as though you havent got over the rape. I know it sounds harsh and unkind when I say got over but I mean it in teh sense of coming to terms with what happened. You need to seek closure and talking to someone how has delt with these issue before. You need to get on with life and not allow this to ruin and control your life.

God uses both natural and supernatural means of healing. Please see a counselor that you can trust, and I will be praying for you that God will work together with the two of you to give you peace and relief.

Uh...you sound traumatized and instead of waiting for God to do something...You should really talk to a counselor or a psychiatrist.
