No!! Remember when people got all freaked out about the year 2000? All the electricity was supposed to turn off, and everyone was supposed to die. It was the end of the world. Now it's six years past then...a little late don't you think? I think 6-6-06 is just another excuse to scare people...who came up with the birthday anyway??

its stupid just like the millennium thing was stupid the thing that makes this so stupid is that most people don't know that the number 666 is actually a mathematical calculation for man. so it shouldn't be surprising to learn that we are the spawners of evil.
any way here is some truth for ya and not just my blabbering and ranting:
"We must now ask, "To whom does this number apply?" John says that it applies to "a man". It is easy to take the English language and say that it applies to a specific man as in "one man". This is the foundational thought in the attempts to find a single person or office to which the number might be applied, such as Nero or the Papacy. But the indefinite article "a" does not need to indicate "one" man. Another understanding is found by expanding the thought. We do this to satisfy the moral purpose of prophecy: to reveal Christ. John's statement may be better understood as follows:
"it is the number of man (as opposed to the number of God)".
This brings in a totally different focus than the common interpretations. Unlike them, it is consistent with the audience John is addressing. John's intent is to say that the number 666 is representative of man's knowledge, as opposed to God's knowledge. Those who will receive the mark of the beast (and his number) are those who have allied themselves with man. Those who receive the seal of God ally themselves with God. At the time of the end, there will be no bystanders. Everyone will be either for God or against Him. No abstentions will be allowed. Gnosticism, which relies on man's knowledge, is the prototype of antichrist, because of its reliance on man, not God"
blessed be

Tomorrow is the anniversary of D Day. Do any teenagers of today even know what that was? Tomorrow , if you are a person who is thankful that MANY men gave up their lives on a beach called Omaha so that you could live without Nazis running the world, say a prayer for their souls.

Tomorrow is going to be Tuesday, June 6, 2006, just like the next day will be Wednesday, June 7, 2006.
Unless Christ returns before midnight, of course.

6 is the number of man...
Revelation 13:18 -
This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666.
It is not a not a date!
But if you are concerned about the end of the world, then maybe you need to get right with God.
Only God will determine the end of the world...not a date, nor Satan and his number 666.
God bless you.

Nothing bad will happen tomorrow. In fact "666" may not even be "the number of the Beast." Many of the biblical texts have been translated as "616" (Google it), the numerological equivalent of the Emperor Nero ( a man who John fund particularly repulsive.)

No. If those myths were truth, the world would have already ended dozens of times. Remember that in the year 2000 the world was going to end...and nothing.
