Pilsner Urquell.
But there is no such thing as the "best" beer. Whatever tastes good to you is the best. If you don't enjoy heavy beers like bocks or ale, then it's not good for YOU. Same way with wine - if you are not trained in wine tasting, you will not know what to look/taste for.
Just on the side - when beers must be served (better said: taste the best ) at 32-34°, they can be extremely refreshing, but generally don't take the gold for tasting purposes at 40-44°.

I spent the weekend with a liquor distributor and told him my favorite beer and he agreed: Spaten Optimator. It's rich, so it's best with a steak or heavy dinner. If you're looking for a crisp, medium body that doesn't taste like water, Budweiser. There's a reason it has sold so well over the years.
