If your skin is pretty light, you could look good as a blonde, like dirty blonde, not bleach blonde, with some warm very light brown high-lights.

black / dark brown, possibly some red streaks if you feel wild. Please don't go blond though, I think that looks terrible on people with darker skin. Hell, it looks bad on me and I'm white.
