Can you tell someone is an illegal immigrant just by looking at them?

Oh my when I or anyone I know start looking at people who look different than us and trying to decide if they are illegal or not.....well that is the day we should just shut ourselves up in the house with our cats and Dr. Phil.
I am so glad that I and those I love are so completley oblivious to "that" part of this immigration crap. We don't judge people and think they are OBVIOUSLY ILLEGAL because they play "carnival music"....we play boy bands a little too often ourselves, or park cars in the driveway (we have quite a few that my husband calls "fixer uppers"), or comment on how many live in a home.......we don't have alot...but would hate for someone to comment if all 6 of my husbands brothers and their families came to visit.
It is all general.....some just distort the details to fit the circumstance.

well u need to ask to see their green card if they are trying to start something up with u or some one u care about. usually there is no way to tell. but if u notice them hanging around home depots or outside looking for work that is a big clue.

No, a person can be legal one day and the next day his i-94 could have expired converting them into "illegal"

No,you can't tell just by looking at them.They speak English,own homes,pay taxes...all the things that illegals aren't supposed to do.

I can't tell. Statistically, living in Southern California, I am certain I know some, but couldn't tell you who they are.

You can't by looking...and it doesn't really matter anyway, unless you are hiring them for a job.
