Popularity is insignificant and really means absolutely nothing once you get out into the real world, which is precisely why the popular kids usually end up having a life that they hate whereas the "average" kids enjoy their lives after high school and college. That's true in the majority of cases. I myself am not popular, nor are my friends, and we'd like to keep it that way.

I'd rather be a good friend than a good athlete. A good friend can last forever; an athlete's "career" can be cut short at any point due to an injury or something of the sort.

Money isn't important to me. I would rather be an honest person and feel good about myself because of that than have a ton of money. I wouldn't even know what to do with myself if I were rich.

Overall, friendship and being in love are most important as far as I'm concerned.

The most important thing in life is the gift of happiness and care. Because it doesnt matter how rich you are if you aint happy then you aint enjoying life for example Marilyn Monroe is rich and she wasnt happy and the result proved what it can do. Life is very difficult to understand but everyone needs to know that there are people who care for others and have the same basic beliefs and feelings and life has given us that as with time. Life can change over time and change can be a positive outlook in life. Life is everything but not everything is life. And I was the smart girl in school and I was the best friend ever. And if you are happy and cool with yourself or others who needs popularity. Money may be everything in life but money can also damage a person and money can not buy love and love is the most precious gift. You asked a great question.

Depends on the person. U can be popular, best athlete and have money. Or u can be smart, best friend and honest. or u can be honest and flirt with both. Some that is smart has lots of friends and be honest can act like the rest once in a while. the same in the other way.

Friends come and go; being smart stays forever. I personally know popular people who can't commit themselves to anything, they "feed" off of people like you...they really need your attention to keep their egos inflated, without it, their like anyone else. Athletes need a best friend, because once that injury occurs and they can't score a touch down, what's next? Being a best friend means you'll be there through the good & bad times. We all need money to survive, I make money, but money doesn't make me. We live in a materlistic society, which unfortunately, dictates how people perceive one another. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy, too many crooked people in the world, GOD doesn't like ugly. My unsolicted advise, trust in God, be true to yourself and stay away from negative people!! You'll be blessed with trustworthy friends, a prosperous future and you'll be able to sleep at night, without those nagging thoughts floating around in your head

Well, you can be popular, smart, the best athlete and the best friend all at the same time. And believe it or not..you can be honest and make money. You can be a great person and successful.

First, the most important thing is to be normal! To sleep well at night, to have days filled with happiness and little stress. Next, have a goal in life? What do you want to do with your life? If you do not know what you want to do, you are lost. When making your goals, realize your abilities and your limitations. If you set goals to be the "best", the "smartest", you will never reach your goals because NO ONE is the "best" at anything. Yes, there is a lot of people who do things better than most of us, but no one is the best!

Next, be a great friend to others. This will give you more friends.

And finally, be honest with yourself and be kind to others. Make enough money to make your life comfortable and happy. Wealth will not make you happy. But having JUST enough money to give yourself a good life will.

PS Graduating from college will give you a job that will give you the money you will need to live comfortably and happy.

More popular, Best friend ever, Honesty is the best policy

I think that it is different for everyone, and everyone has their own special talent. So, if someone has the gift to be a social butterfly, than that would be most important for that person. For one, who is athletic, than being the best athlete that they can be would be best for them. I feel, that it's not fair to label people, and no one is created the same. Make sense? Oh well, good luck to you.

I think the most important thing in life is intelligence and good-heart. With intelligence, money, fame, and everything else will come next. Good-heart will then be there to support everything that you had accomplished. It'll be there to protect everything that you gained so it will not be lost.

Fame is not important. If your a Nobel Prize winner, and a Holywood star tries to hurt you, you can always tell right in front of her/his face, "You stupid maggot!".
