I'm answering this question once and only once (the answer is yes), cause I want to know something: How come you can both ask and answer a question; but cannot do the same with an answer? This is the second time I've asked it and my patience is wearing thin. No, it isn't.
Basically I want to know whether you would be in favor of changing this rule. Otherwise I'll tell people to report you with trumped up accusations, and yahoo will have a field day.
