December of 1999 I met some one, we spent alot of time together then one day I found out he was married and I never seen or heard from him again. But the problem is I had a child shes 7 now and shes asking questions so i need to find him.

If the only reason that you seek him is to answer her questions, you may be opening a can of worms that you will have many years to regret.
I do think he should have to pay child support, and that his wife and family should know of this child. But be prepared. It may not be a pleasant experience for you or for her. Keep in mind that you were having an affair with a married man, therefore, his wife and children may not be excited to see you. That you did not know will likely not matter much to them, they will likely blame you anyway.
You have learned to check men out much more carefully before you have sex with them now, haven't you? The number of men who run this sort of scam is very high. it is up to women to hold thier standards high enough, and to get their own sources of information, to avoid being victims of these predators and cheats.

SSN on birth certificate or other hospital records? SS Administration may be able to trace with proper application.

wow that sucks you can usually find someone by looking on the net and then you could go down the list of people in th ephone book with the same name.

maybe you should call the local courthouse and contact a domestic relations specialist (they work for child support.. but they're also working for the government so that's a lot of resources for free!)
my mom is one here where i live and she helped one of my friends find their dad.

go to court and file a child support suit let the court find him for you he will have to come and at least do a dna test

Look on the white pages on msn. If you know his name and the state he lives in you should be able to find him
