Where do I get a local police clearance letter for the purpose of adoption in Western New York?

In most states you must get a state and FBI check so I'm not sure why you would even need a local one.

in Wisconsin, the agency you work with has you fill out a form and they get the clearance. Cuz they want more than just a local check.

I would check the court house call them if they don't have it they would have a number for you to call around
