Can't get disability with out doc saying theres something wrong. He's only 41 but I think his body is just had enough punishment. Any ideas to help my freind out?

Take 8 tylenol...really though, he can go to a free clinic, I think they have those. You don't need insurance to get treatment you can pay hospital bills little by little over the course of years.
