He might have a whats called a telescopic bowel. Bring him to a vet ASAP

Sounds like he ate something he shouldn't have. Take him to the vet to find out if he has an obstruction in his intestines.

Take him t a vet and get him checked out as soon as possible. He could have eaten something that may be harmful
