Instead of Easy Mac, why not try this
Get some fresh chicken breasts, cut it up. Coat it with an egg/water mixture, roll in bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
If you're real lazy, get some shake n bake type coating, and coat the fresh chicken with that mixture. Tastes just as good.
While the chicken is baking, make some fresh mashed potatoes.
If you have a microwave its super easy.
In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 potatoes, washed and cut. Peel if you wish. Poke a few holes in it with a fork.
Fill the bowl with water, put in microwave, cover with saran wrap or waxed paper, microwave on high for 8 minutes.
When the potatoes are done (fork should slide easily into it), carefully drain the water. If you do not have a potato masher, use the fork and break the potatoes down until you can mash it. Add a splash of milk, a gob of butter and a dash of salt. Mix well. For creamier potatoes, add more milk... but not too much milk or it'll turn mushy. Let the potatoes sit 5 minutes before serving.
Then for veggies, you can serve fresh veggies (ie: corn on the cob, carrots) or frozen or canned.. whichever you prefer.

I suggest something healthy. If the choices are easy mac, ice cream, chips, or spaghettios, I would choose spaghettios. You don't want to eat junk food like ice cream or chips for dinner. This is EXTREMELY bad for you, and if you are someone who likes to control their weight, this is even worse. So unless spaghettios are the only thing in your house along with junk food...I suggest that you eat something like chicken and veggies...or at least some minestrone soup. Get some stuff at places like Trader Joe's, or eat out at a healthy dinner place. The important thing is to keep your body healthy by eating healthy food!

Have the spaghettio's. If there is bread and butter and maybe some garlic powder make some garlic bread. Then Ice Cream for dessert.
Nobody has much food we are trying to buy gas............lol

Geez.....don't women cook these days? That's a pathetic dinner selection. Here's an idea. Get in your car and go on down to the market. Buy a couple of steaks and some baking potatoes. Wrap the potatoes in tin foil and put them in the oven with the steaks for about an hour.
Have nice meal for a change.

Well if you ask me I'd say go for the spaghettios and top it off with some chips. Then if you are still hungry go make yourself a nice hot sandwich with lettuce,tomatoes,melted cheese and toasted bread with a touch of mayo (if u prefer) and a side of chips with a nice cold PEPSI go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol one luv

Go to McDonald's and get you 2 - 99 cent chicken sandwiches, one for dinner and one for breakfast tomorrow. Donate the mac and chz to the salvation army.
