My brother has the hands down worst breath in the world-he even knows it, he tries everything to make it better. He is young and has great teeth so we haven't figured it out yet. Do I like him? YES! He is my brother so I deal with it.

Mission impossible. Needs a dentist to clean up the bacteria in the mouth. That's what's causing it.
