Will I have an idea of the decision tomorrow. It's mental health and Degenrative Disc Disease.

You will not know the outcome tomorrow. They will send you a letter in the mail. I did'nt have to have a hearing so I don't know what that will be like. since you have a lawyer I would'nt worry to much. Good luck.

My father had go through that. He had about four back surgeries because he injured himself on the job. The company bullshitted for YEARS! I'm a high school senior now and he started fighting for his due compensation when I was in 7th grade. It has been horrible! My family has been through so much. He JUST got his compensation check, it was big, but we had to wait soooo long! However, in your case, I suppose it depends on what kind of company you're dealing with. If they are total assholes, like my dad's company, then you're likely to have to put up a big fight. However, if they just want to get you in and out without any problems, then everything will go smoothly. Good Luck!

the mental health part is harder to get qualified for, but the degenerative disc, depending how bad it is, should be easier to get qualified for.
