You do not contract AIDs. You contract HIV. This can progress to a condition called AIDS after your immune system is very weak.
Again, infectious fluids coming in contact with mucous membranes. Any damage to the area from friction, stretching, etc. increases the ability to get infected.
There is no evidence saying that HIV could not possibly get transferred from oral sex, though most experts attest that the possibility is much lower than by intercourse.

HIV/AIDS is transmitted through blood and bodily fluids. So transfusions, getting blood from an infected person on an open sore, having unprotected sex with an infected person, sharing needles etc etc.
