Saline nose drops. Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a cup of warm water. Rinse your nose three times a day. Eat fresh pineapple. Take rest.

Don't put more fluid up your nose. Drink lots of fluid, rest and wait it out. Antibiotics won't due much good because the majority of sinus infections are viral.

Lie down,place a warm wet washcloth on your forehead and a heating pad.You will feel the sinus drainage break up and drain down your throat,You also can take a decongestant

I use Motrin Cold and Sinus (has both decongestant and anti-inflammatory actions) to open up my sinuses, Then I keep them draining by eating something like hot and sour soup or hot mustard, horseradish, or wasabi.

mild salt water rinse. I used to put some warm water in the sink and added salt, and just submered my face in it, and let the water go as far up my nose as I could take. You can also take a juice that is high in anti-inflamatories and anti-baterials to help your cure and prevent new infections.
