This too shall end. Most of us have been through it and survived.
Try to relax - do get some sleep - you will do better on your exams if you get some sleep than if you constantly do all night study marathons. Get a little exercise and fresh air - go for a 20 minute walk a couple of times a day.
Best of luck with the exams.

relax. exams are great. but all the matters in the real world is the little paper saying you did it! Grades don't mean anything. don't stress so much. go for a walk. if you're old enough drink a beer. take your mind off things. hang out with friends.

I know exams are stressful, as I am in the middle of mine. While I agree with everyone else, one other useful tidbit I have heard is that chewing mint-flavored gum (I prefer spearmint, lol!) while taking a test improves concentration and relaxation. So you might as well try that, too, if your teachers will allow it. Good luck! =)

Best stress reduction technique is the world is hatha yoga. Calm the mind, breathe deeply, and condition your body for the challenges ahead with about an hour a day of yoga practice. Good luck.

I like to schedule breaks between studying. And during these breaks I take a swim, play volleyball, go to dinner with friends, or take a walk with my girl. Every once in a while its important to stop relax your mind, be thankful to be where you are, and keep going.
I had little support from my family in the beginning so I made strong relationships with alot of my classmates and people in my organizations which really helped keep me sane.

Do some yoga or pillaties. LOL. When you take your test, don't focus too hard or you'll destract yourself. Just play it simple and calm. Make sure you can bubble fast. Every second counts. Also, when you're taking the test and other people are done before you, just take your time. In a week, they won't remember that you took longer than them. Or, they just don't care.

Try drinking chamomile tea before bed to keep you from staying away worrying. Cut down on caffeine because you're already be nervous enough!
When you're finished, send a thank-you note to your teachers. If you need a letter of reference for a job or scholarship, they'll remember you positively.

Don't worry, you'll do perfectly fine. I did the exact same thing when i took the algebra EOC some time ago and I got a 91 (awesome so said the teacher) on it.

Have you considered doing some volunteer work like at a local hospital or nursing home?
Or looking into babysitting jobs?
There are things to do if sitting around at home and doing what ever you want or don't want to do doesn't appeal to you.

relax. When you stress out, you tend to forget what you studied. I know this might sound funny, but try meditation to relax when you start stressing out.
