An Ouija board is a toy and as such is as dangerous as any other toy.
People have claimed that all kinds of things are "possessed," and if you are prone to truly believe your cat, dog, couch, lawnmower, light bulb, ad infinitum are "possessed," then you will likely come to believe the Ouija board is "possessed."
It's all in the mind.

Do you really want to open the door? I have one of the first factory ones. It made a good rolling tray when I was younger.Thats all I ever used it for. Some day I will blow the dust of it and sell it as being haunted.

As Christians we remember that the first commandment states, "I am the Lord thy God. You shall not have any gods before me."
When asked what was the greatest commandment, Jesus said, "You shall love the Lord your God with your whole heart, with your whole soul, and with all of your strength" (Matthew 22:37).
While God can choose to reveal the future to His prophets, we as individuals must always have trust in His divine providence. While we may have that passing curiosity of what will happen in the future, we anchor our lives in the Lord, trusting in His love and care.
To try to discover the future through palm reading, tarot cards, or some other form of fortunetelling, or to try to control the future through black magic, witchcraft, or sorcery violates the first commandment.
Sacred Scripture has many warnings of these activities: Exodus 22:17, Exodus 22:19, Leviticus 20:27, and Deuteronomy 18:10-12.
With love in Christ.

Stay away from them. They open a door to becoming possessed by an evil spirit. This is dramatized in the classic movie "The Exorcist" which was based on a true story of a demon possession.

Ouija boards are just toys. But its objective and rules can make someone turn on to the occult and then practice it for fun...or evil.

I would guess you could do a bit of damage if you conked somebody over the head with one; other than that I think they ought to be pretty safe. Just keep the corners away from people's eyes and you should be all right...

Not dangerous at all. Actually, its your imaginations and fears that are dangerous. After you play with the board, you hear a creeking sound you would assume its a ghost, and stuff.

Very dangerous! Especially if someone hits you over the head with one!
There's an old saying; "A fool and his money are soon parted".
