i'm disposing of old stuff and need advice on how much i can sell stuff for. the turntable has two big speakers on the side and the main player is in the middle. it's really huge and very 1960's

You could try eBay and compare prices of same/similar equipment.
As mentioned, if it uses valves/tubes then it'll be worth more.
Some items might appear like utter junk, but for various reasons, like limited numbers produced, company folded up, etc, can be quite valuable.

Your probably not going to get a whole lot for it. Only the real high-end vintage equipment (for it's time) is valuable today. Especially old tube amplifiers.
