It depends. Just like wearing a cross.

What is the reason a person is wearing it? To glorify Jesus and spread the Gospel? Or to desecrate the name of Christ?

What is the behavior of the person wearing it? Is he or she living up to what it means? Or is he or she behaving in an unchristian-like manner?

With love in Christ.

I used to buy into gimmicks like that.., but something was nagging me about it. Eventually it hit home. Commercializing Jesus like a cheap Designer Logo - is just that - Cheapens and takes away the dignity and honor of the King of Kings, Lord of Lords.

I don't wear cross jewelry nor hang crucifixes on my wall. To me it's idolatry and people make way too many excuses like, "It reminds me of what Jesus did for me.." and things like that. How sad it is that we need to have an idol to remind us what Jesus did for us. If it's not from the heart - then our belief in Christ and the Salvation he brought us becomes nothing.

FROM THE HEART AND MIND WE BELIEVE.., not from an object or other lifeless thing. It is repugnant that anyone should be capitalizing off Jesus for wealth placing his Holy name on Novelty items.
