I would personally dispose of it. Clearly this is a sub-quality defective ankle that is unlikely to serve you well in the future even if you can mend it for the short-term. Remember what Jesus said to his disciples "Never shall a man with a bad joint on his feet join me. Let him cast it out and shout joy to the Lord!"
