My cat has a form of an eye infection called "conjunctivitis". It is treated with eye drops and keeping the eye clean from the goo it is secreting.
Because my cat had a severe case as a kitten, it comes and goes, despite repeated treatment with various antibiotic eye drops. Just keep the eye clean and speak to a vet about treatements for your particular kittens situation.
Also, it is easily passed from animal to animal so always wash your hands after handling a kitten with an eye infection and try to minimize contact between the animals until they've been treated.

It's very common in kittens. The best thing to do is take a damp cloth and wipe their eyes gently, but firm enough to get rid of the crud. If that doesn't work, take them to the vet and the vet will prescribe them eye drops. But other than that, the damp cloth should work. It will go away once they get a little older.

most likely allergies. Just keep wiping them with a damp cloth. If it does not clear up, you will have to take them to the vet to get eye drops.

sounds like they have a cold in their eyes which is very contagious. i'd first wipe them clean with a warm damp rag..,,,then apply an anti infection cream for animals that you can get at a pet store.the cream will stop them from getting stuck,it passes on its own but you do have to help them along.

Either allergies or they got something in their eye and it got infected. If it doesn't clear up soon, take them to the vet or they might go blind

if i where you i would take them to the vet asap because it could be something that you wouldn't know about and it is important to keep kittens as healthy as possible.
