Hey! Good luck!
I had mine done when I was 35. I went from a 38H (yes, they DO make that size) had to special order from the catalog.
I wanted to be a 36 C, and I got it! They're perfect! (for me)
I never could run or play games all the time I was growing up, then I figured, what the heck, you're too old to run anymore.
But finding clothes was expensive and a HUGE chore.
P.S. when you go to the surgeon to ask for it? It's called a bilateral mamoplasty reduction.
I did it and I couldn't be happier.

Well at 16 you probably should not get implants or did you mean reduction? I think waiting until you are atleast 18 and perhaps 22 if you can manage to wait that long. If you do change your breast tissue in either direction you may not be able to breast feed your child and you will have scar tissue. But a 36 C cup is average. Good luck.

34 C is a average as listed in many answers above, but what you should have in mind is what you want. If you are going to go into a preoccedure like this, be sure that the final results pleases you no matter what people think or say, and believe me, I am sure you will look great.

Yeah, hopefully you don't mean implants... I've never had them, myself, but that's because I'm already in the triple category. Believe me. The bigger they are, the more it pisses you off that you can't breath when you try to sleep on your back.
As for reduction... I thought about that, as well. Waste of money for something you can build up the muscles to accomodate. I work my back and shoulder muscles everyday. I have absolutely no back problems from my breast size.
Everything is "fixable" by surgury... unless something goes wrong... and there's always that risk

Cosmetic Surgery (including breast reduction and augmentation) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

First off, the procedure is breast reduction. If you can't say it you shouldn't get it. And I'm not trying to be mean. If your breasts are that large that at your age you need one then you should go no bigger than a C cup.
