The dealer that I purchased the vehicle for pretty scammed me into purchasing the vehicle. I bought it 250 miles from home so I had to take a one-way bus trip to get. Before getting the bus ticket I asked ALL necessary questions to avoid an unnecessary trip but when I got there it was a different story. Let me point out I am a 1st time buyer too. The purchase price of the vehicle wasn't the same as discuss, the features weren't, the mileage weren't, the and the appearance wasnt. I was pretty much stuck there because I got a one-way ticket and you know how salesmen are...pressuring me...so I ended up buying the car just to drive home and not have to wait hours to a whole day to catch another bus home. The dealer lied to the finance company and asked me to lie to the company when they called me for a follow up but I didnt because they didnt ask. The dealer also lied on my application (didnt put down the info I gave him, but I know I would have still been approve if he did). Help me!!!!!!

I still want to do business with the finance company but I would like to return the vehicle to the dealer because it isn't exactly what I was looking for and what I was informed. I just don't want to do business with people like the dealer I came across. I already made 1 payment towards the purchase but I'm not stressing that because it's like me renting the car from them but I want my down payment back in full.

You should be able to return it in 3 days with no penalty. after that you would have to proved that you were scammed, at least in my state that is the law.

Wow fraud that you agreed to .... You are stuck my friend. Some state s allow 72 hours for new cars ZERO ON USED. the only way you can get out is to prove that he lied on the application, but you already payed 1 mos. AT this point you are stuck. You also lost the Down payment at this point-- If you give back the car its a voulentary REPO .....

Call the police and tell your story, the officer will help you what to do next.the sales person is in big problem maybe that is how hi gets people to buy and the dealer will think very well to fix this. maybe they don't want the bad reputation or maybe this is the last drop for them with you .

Hmm I think you should take it back and if you have a loan, tell them the situation also call your lawyer and he will tell you your legal rights. Always, always watch what you sign, and never make a verbal deal, never. Make sure you tell the lawyer that the dealer made you lie on the application. Call him right away . the sooner the better. good luck!
