The Conservative Christians are always trying to get books banned, challenge gay teachers' right to work, exclude evolution, dictate what music is played at public functions, rant about everything that doesn't fit their image of the world. What is Christ-like about that? Why is hate suddenly a Christian hallmark, after all the KKK claims they're based on scripture.

Its a cult. People follow blindly everything their preachers say and their preachers are crooks. I saw a TV preacher hawking a book called Overcoming Logical Thought, meaning don't think at all for yourself, just accept everything I tell you God wants. Funny thing, they are against almost all of what Jesus preached: he threw money changers out of the Temple, they collect money from the poor and lavish it on themselves. Rev. Pat Robertson has stables of race horses and diamond mines and gold mines. What would Jesus say? Rev. Paul Crouch founded TBN and according to the LA Times had a gay tryst with a TBN staffer at the TBN mountaintop chalet and then bribed the guy to keep quiet about it, all with money collected from the gullible faithful. I hope this fundamentalist bull zhit is just a temporary passing fad and that people figure things out, look at how much damage these fools have inflicted on the US--because they do not believe in logical thought!!! Its a cult, it is a successful one, but mere size doesn't change the fact that its a cult. Oh and a lot of them do want a nuclear war, they think it will bring back Jesus.

They are terrible people. They try to force their religious views on everyone and it's sad that they were able to win so much during the last election.
Hate is a hallmark of the conservative christians and if they had their way their god's law would be the US' law.

When you hear something about Christian fighting over something like what music or which books, it's because we are fighting the evil that is hidden in them. Evil that is there unless you don't believe in God. It's gonna get worse. Much worse.
