OBEDIENCE TRAINING....and do not let your dog out without being supervised. Your dog has aggression issues. For a qualified trainer in your area;

You won't ever have to be controled by her, if you use the Gentle Leader, or Halti harness. This is what they look like. http://images.google.com/images?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial_s&q=gentle+leader&hl=en&btnG=Search+Images
They are at any pet supply or online and ebay. They cost about $15 for husky size, and are humane and safe.
Even a toddler can control your big dog with this harness.

If the dog you have can't be controlled, why would you be inquiring about getting another one. Take your dog to obedience classes

YOUR DOG NEEDS TRAINING!!!! And so do you, it sounds as if you are not a strong enough "pack leader" for your dog. Get to classes and go out and get two books, "How to speak dog" by Stanley Cohen, and "Cesars way" by Cesar Millan

get a halti it goes on their face so when they pull they don't like the pressure on their face and they stop. i had a really strong dog that would stop pulling on the leash and when i got a halti it all stopped. it's worth a try...and also try training.
