A bar will be good for starters, clubs, waitresses at establisments that sell alcohol is good as well. 'college, believe me you can tell which ones are over 20. They don't start every sentence with 'Oh My God!!!!'
On line dating is good too, but you'll probably meet more weirdos than you'd like though.
